Does the expression "Indeed We" or "Verily We" in the Holy Quran, which is used for magnification, mean that Allah revealed the Reminder through Jibreel (peace be upon him) when He said: "Indeed We have sent down the Reminder"?

The plural form in the verse, "Indeed, We, Ourselves, have sent down the Dhikr (the Reminder)," is for glorification and majesty, not for multiplicity. This is similar to how kings speak to magnify themselves, and just as a mighty One possesses attributes and subservient aids. Scholars have not mentioned that the intent of this form is that the Dhikr was sent down through Jibreel (peace be upon him).
