What is the ruling on working on the design of pathways and floors for an existing swimming pool, given the presence of a bar or cafeteria inside it that serves intoxicants, knowing that the design does not include the bar itself?

If the swimming pool is used in a forbidden manner, such as the mixing of men and women, or if the place is intended for drunkards and immoral people, then it is not permissible to work there. However, if it is not used in a forbidden manner, then there is no harm in executing the designs for the swimming pool, and the presence of a bar in the same place does not prevent this. Nevertheless, for the sake of your religion, it is more prudent to completely avoid working there.
