Am I entitled to renew the dependency deed and benefit from it after my sisters, whom I have been supporting since 1410 A.H., got married?

What we know is that a dependency certificate is issued according to conditions, the most important of which is that the person be a provider for one of his relatives covered by the regulating law. If the questioning brother is not currently providing for his sisters, then he is not entitled to renew the certificate unless there is another entitlement, based on the hadith "Muslims are bound by their conditions." The permissibility of this action depends on whether the conditions for entitlement to the certificate apply to the questioning brother's situation.
