Am I entitled to a monthly allowance from the profits of my deceased father's business, knowing that my husband is unemployed?

If your father's business yields continuous income after his death, such as a company, a factory, or a rented shop, then its revenue is to be distributed among the heirs according to Islamic law (Sharia), and you have the right to claim your share of it. However, if his business ceased upon his death, then you are only entitled to your share of the inheritance he left at the time of his passing.
