Is it permissible to work on Saturdays and Sundays in Ramadan?

Working throughout the week is permissible during Ramadan and at other times. Saturday and Sunday are not days forbidden for work for Muslims. A Muslim should not let earning and working come at the expense of their prayers and fasting. It is preferable to lighten worldly work, if possible, to dedicate oneself to worship during Ramadan.
