What is your guidance regarding someone who denies the prohibition of an act that has been forbidden in the Qur'an and Sunnah, claiming that it is a new religion and that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, never said such a thing?

A Muslim is submissive to the command of Allah and His Messenger. He has no choice when Allah and His Messenger have decreed a matter. He does not truly believe until he refers to the Messenger for judgment and submits in full submission. He must adhere to the Sunnah of the Prophet and the Rightly Guided Caliphs, doing what has been commanded and refraining from what has been forbidden. A Muslim must say to the command of Allah and His Messenger: "We hear and we obey." It is not permissible for him to reject or deny anything from the Qur'an or the Sunnah; otherwise, he falls into a serious matter, and there is a fear of him falling into disbelief.
