Is a person who utters words of disbelief while in a state of anger and nervousness considered a disbeliever?

Uttering a word of disbelief – such as mocking God or His religion, reviling them, or reviling the Messenger – is a major disbelief that expels one from the fold of Islam, by scholarly consensus. Its perpetrator is not excused by anger or ignorance, unless the anger is so severe that it deprives him of perception, making him like a madman. In that case, he does not disbelieve thereby, because it is speech uttered without will or intention. If a servant repents from apostasy, then God accepts his repentance.
