Is sharing a picture of an unveiled female artist on Facebook considered an ongoing sin (sayyiah jariyah) that warrants punishment?

Whoever publishes her picture unveiling her adornment (mutabarrijah), or allows herself to be photographed knowing it will be published, is sinful and bears the burden of sin for everyone who looks at it. This is because she spreads sin and causes temptation (fitnah), and her action is considered an ongoing bad deed (sayyi'ah jariyah). One who openly commits a sin commits two sins: the sin itself and the open declaration of it. Openly declaring a sin can bring upon him many sins due to the spread of indecency (fahishah) and bad example resulting from his sin. This continues to be recorded against him, from its effects, as long as it remains a cause, until the Day of Judgment. Female artists allow their pictures to be taken and published; rather, they publish them themselves, rejoicing in their fame. Therefore, they are disobedient and sinful in several ways.
