Is the Hadith: "Whoever brings joy to a woman, Allah will bring him joy," authentic or fabricated?

The aforementioned Hadith (definition), "He who seeks counsel will not regret, and he who seeks guidance [from Allah] will not be disappointed," has not been narrated in the books of Sunnah (definition), and it appears to have no basis. It was narrated from 'Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The best of deeds is to bring joy to a believer, by covering his nakedness, satisfying his hunger, or fulfilling his need."
