Are grandchildren disinherited if their father dies before their grandfather?

Male grandchildren inherit from their grandfather if the grandfather has no male children, and the presence of paternal aunts does not prevent them from inheriting. As for the grandfather disinheriting his grandchildren by taking their father's money, only one-sixth is permissible, and the remainder belongs to the heirs. The grandchildren have the right to demand from their paternal uncles what they have taken, because devouring the orphan's property is a major sin. If the intent is that the grandfather did not bequeath anything to them from his private estate, there is no issue with that, as a will in their favor is not religiously obligatory.
