What is the ruling on swearing an oath by divorce concerning actions subject to the husband's will, while he claims not to have the intention of initiating divorce?

The relationship between spouses is the strongest of relationships, and Allah has called the covenant between them a "solemn covenant." Swearing by divorce is disliked by scholars because it exposes the marital relationship to collapse, and most jurists are of the opinion that breaking such an oath results in divorce. As for suspending divorce on a condition that is not intended for urging or preventing, it is a suspended divorce.
