What is the Shar'i ruling concerning the books of Dr. Ibrahim El-Fiky, may God have mercy on him?

We have not reviewed the aforementioned books to pass judgment on them. Their author is known for his pioneering work in the field of human development. The ruling on reading human development books in general has been previously clarified in Fatwa no. 98471.
