Is it possible to recite the adhkar or the surahs and verses outside the room due to the disturbance caused by the faint sound of recitation to a sleeping sister?

The remembrances (adhkar) before sleep are recited upon going to bed, as mentioned in the Prophetic traditions. These include the supplication of the Prophet (peace be upon him) upon sleeping, tasbih (subhanallah), tahmid (alhamdulillah), takbir (Allahu akbar), and reciting Ayatul-Kursi and the Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas). It is sufficient to move the tongue with the adhkar without raising the voice loudly.
