If the Necessary Existent is that whose essence necessitates its existence and is self-sufficient, then its existence is not associated with a cause. And if the multiplicity of the Necessary Existent were to be posited, then this multiplicity itself would be the cause of this existence, which invalidates the premise. Therefore, the multiplicity of the Necessary Existent is impossible.
