What is the ruling on preparing to stand up before completing the obligatory remembrance (dhikr), and is there anything due upon the one who does that?

What was mentioned about Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen, regarding his preference that tranquility (ṭumaʾnīnah) is achieved to the extent of the obligatory remembrance (dhikr), is correct. The other opinion is that it is achieved by the slightest stillness. And preparing to rise is not considered rising as long as the person has not departed from the posture of sitting, bowing, or prostrating. Therefore, preparing to rise before completing the obligatory remembrance does not cause harm. It is advised to ignore whispers (waswas) and not pay attention to them.
