What is the ruling on describing someone as "all love" by way of metaphor and jest?

The saying "so-and-so is love" is used in the Arabic language for exaggeration by describing with the verbal noun, which is permissible, similar to their saying "a man is justice," meaning just. Similarly, the addition of "all of it" conveys exaggeration and is not considered a lie, nor does it imply exclusivity. For example, the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand other Muslims are safe" refers to the complete Muslim, not a negation of Islam from one who is not like that. Nevertheless, it is preferable not to exaggerate in praise.
