Does masturbating after hearing the second Fajr Adhan, but before its completion, invalidate the fast?

Masturbation is forbidden both inside and outside of Ramadan. In Ramadan, its prohibition is more severe, and it invalidates the fast if it leads to ejaculation after dawn breaks. The one who commits this act is obligated to make up the fast and must engage in sincere repentance.
