What is the authenticity of what is said, that the Companion Mughirah ibn Shu'bah married seventy virgins, and that he divorced his wives every month?

Al-Mughirah ibn Shu’bah (may Allah be pleased with him) married more than seventy women, and others mentioned eighty women. He used to say: "The one who has a single wife: if she falls ill, he falls ill with her; if she menstruates, he menstruates with her." And "The one who has two wives is between two blazing fires." He would marry four women simultaneously and divorce them all simultaneously. He was a great Companion, but his action in this regard is not a model to be emulated, because divorce without a legitimate Sharia reason is reprehensible (makrooh).
