The conditions for a woman's are that it must be covering and not transparent, loose and not tight, and it must not resemble the clothing of men, disbelieving women, or immoral women. If these conditions are met in skirts or abayas, then it is permissible to wear them; otherwise, it is not. As for wearing trousers, its ruling has been previously addressed.
