If your father has other permissible funds, then his acquisition of unlawful money from a new company makes his wealth mixed, and it is permissible for you to benefit from his wealth. Some scholars are of the opinion that money earned unlawfully, but not inherently unlawful, is not forbidden to anyone other than the earner. You should gently advise your father to avoid unlawful things and dubious matters, and to seek out lawful earnings.
