Who was the female Companion who asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, to go with him for Jihad to attain martyrdom, but he refused and told her that she would die a martyr, and then permitted her to turn her house into a mosque for prayer, and the Messenger used to say to the Companions, "Let us go visit the martyr," and she lived to see the Caliphate of the صدیق (Abu Bakr), and was martyred during the Caliphate of the Farooq (Umar)?

The Companion (Sahabiyah) is Umm Waraqah bint Abdullah ibn al-Harith al-Ansariyyah, may Allah be pleased with her. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to call her "the martyr" because when she requested to go out with him (for battle), hoping that Allah might grant her martyrdom, he said to her: "Indeed, Allah Most High will grant you martyrdom." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, also commanded her to lead the people of her household in prayer. She was killed by her female servant and male servant whom she had freed, and this occurred during the caliphate of Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him. Umar crucified her killers, and they were the first to be crucified in Medina.
