Among physically disabled beggars, who should be given priority in charity when there is more than one?

Helping those in need and giving charity to the poor and indigent are among the best acts of devotion. The desirability of giving charity becomes more emphasized the greater the need of the poor person. The more severe their need, the more deserving they are of charity. If the poor person is unable to work due to illness or affliction, then giving them charity is particularly stressed. If you have two beggars, it is better to give to the one in greater need. If the amount is sufficient to meet the needs of both beggars, then divide it between them. If it is only sufficient for one, there is no harm in giving it to one of them and trying to conceal this from the other. If the zakat amount is small, it is better to spend it on one needy family, because distributing it among many families diminishes its benefit.
