A man who engages in illicit relationships with foreign women is unjust to himself and his wife. A woman who engages in an illicit relationship with a man is unjust to herself. However, it is not permissible to supplicate against a specific sinner unless he has committed an injustice, in which case it is permissible to supplicate against him to the extent of the injustice. It is permissible to supplicate that Allah may ward off her evil and turn her away from the husband.
