What is your advice to me for overcoming boredom with reading, especially reading the Qur’an daily?

Boredom in seeking knowledge is addressed by frequently contemplating its virtues and persevering in it, and by reading the biographies of the righteous predecessors and their high aspirations. Among the useful books in this regard is "Pages from the Patience of Scholars in Seeking Knowledge" by Abu Ghuddah. One can also refresh oneself by moving to another subject or by listening to the Qur'an recited by skilled reciters with contemplation when tired of recitation. It is preferable to have a righteous, encouraging friend. If it is possible to go to one of the trusted religious schools and devote oneself to studying there, that would be excellent.
