It is permissible to supplicate for ease in marrying a specific man, but there is no evidence to support singling out the supplication with the name "al-Jami'" (the Gatherer) or specifying a particular number for the supplication. These matters are توقيفية (وقفية - based on divine revelation) and can only be established by religious texts. Many scholars are of the opinion that the name "al-Jami'" is not among the Beautiful Names of Allah the Almighty.
