Is it permissible to eat fried fish with chicken or meat slaughtered in a non-Muslim country like Japan?

If fish is fried in oil that was used to cook carrion chicken or similar (i.e., that which was not slaughtered Islamically), then the fish becomes impure due to the impurity of the oil. This is based on the of the mouse that fell into the ghee: if the ghee was solid, the mouse and the surrounding ghee are discarded, and the rest is eaten; but if it was liquid, then none of it is eaten. This is the opinion of the majority of jurists.
