Is it sinful to interrupt prayer and move to another spot due to a garlic odor that prevents proper devotion?

Whoever enters into the obligatory prayer is not permitted to cut it short merely because there is someone next to him emitting an unpleasant odor. Rather, he must continue his prayer until he completes it. He should then advise that person after the prayer, and that person must repent for what he did and not return to it.
