If the application demands payment for their removal, it is permissible to use a free program to remove them, because what the application demands is payment for preventing its own evil and immorrence, and this prevention is obligatory upon it, and it does not deserve payment for it. Whether the application belongs to a Muslim or a disbeliever, disbelievers are also addressed by the branches of Islamic law, and they are forbidden from immoral acts.
