Is the rejection of the suitor's family without a clear reason after performing Salatul-Istikharah, despite the two parties' attachment to each other, considered a result of Istikharah?

The reality of Istikhara (seeking Allah's guidance) is to entrust the matter to Allah so that He may choose for His servant what is best. Among its signs is success in achieving the matter or not, and it should not rely solely on a feeling of contentment. There is no harm in repeating Istikhara. The young man should try to convince his parents and seek help from Allah and from righteous people. If the parents are not convinced, then do not follow him and seek someone else, for perhaps the good lies elsewhere. Allah the Almighty says: "And perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah knows, while you know not." It is permissible for a woman, Islamically, to seek husbands or to offer herself to someone she wishes to marry, provided that Islamic guidelines are observed.
