Is a woman whose marriage contract has been concluded but has not been entered considered a widow, and is she entitled to remarry? And if she remarries, will she be with her second husband in Paradise or with her first husband with whom she did not consummate the marriage?

A woman will be with her husband from this world in Paradise. If she married more than one husband, she will be with her last husband, according to the preponderant opinion. It is also said that she will be with the one among them who had the best character. Matters of the unseen require a legal text, and a Muslim should not preoccupy themselves with thinking about them. The husband not consummating the marriage with his wife does not affect anything, as what matters is the marriage contract. She is entitled to inheritance and the waiting period (iddah). You can choose not to marry in order to be with your husband in the Hereafter if you do not desire men. Otherwise, it is better for you to protect your chastity through marriage when you find a suitable match. There is no sin upon a woman if she remarries after the death of her husband.
