Does the fact that Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) completed the recitation of the entire Qur’an in a single rak'ah indicate a removal of blessing from our time, and that the minute was longer in the era of the Companions and their successors?

Al-Bukhari narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The Hour will not be established until knowledge is taken away, earthquakes become frequent, time passes quickly, tribulations appear, and al-harj (i.e., killing) increases, until wealth becomes abundant among you and overflows." Al-Tirmidhi narrated from Anas that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The Hour will not be established until time passes quickly, so that a year will be like a month, a month like a week, a week like a day, a day like an hour, and an hour like the burning of a palm frond." Scholars have interpreted the passing of time quickly as a decrease in the blessing of time and the loss of its benefit, or that people will be preoccupied with tribulations and calamities, so they will not feel the passage of time. Ibn Hajar is of the opinion that what is meant is the removal of blessing from everything, even from time, and this has already occurred in our era. It is also possible that the shortening is sensory (which has not yet appeared), or it is conceptual, meaning the weakness of one's ability to accomplish tasks due to weak faith and the abundance of violations of Islamic law, which explains the departure of the blessing of time with the passage of time as a result of the abundance of sins and transgressions.
