Does the emission of drops resembling semen with urine necessitate Ghusl? And what should be done regarding that?

What usually comes out is wady, which is a thick, white fluid that often exits after or before urination. Its ruling is that it is impure (najis) and necessitates wudu' (ablution) but not ghusl (ritual bath). Even if these drops were maniyy (sperm), ghusl would not be obligatory as long as it did not exit with a gush and pleasure followed by relaxation; rather, wudu' suffices.
