For guidance and overcoming crises, you must turn to Allah through supplication, with a heart certain of His response, and be sincere with Him in intention and action. Hasten to sincere repentance from sins, no matter how great they are. Choose righteous companions and avoid bad company. It is also advised to strive for marriage due to the psychological stability it provides, and to distance yourself from the idea of suicide because it only increases misery. Be dutiful to your parents, especially your mother, as her prayers are answered. If the environment is a cause of corruption, then moving to a righteous environment is essential.
