Is money earned from working in a hotel where raucous parties are held with dancing, intoxicants, and music, and a portion of its profits is distributed to employees who do not participate in the party, impermissible (haram) or permissible (halal)?

If the money paid to an employee (the meter reader) is intended to influence him to overlook evil deeds, then this money is ill-gotten and it is not permissible for him to take it. As for those who benefit from this money and have no connection to the matter, there is no harm upon them in benefiting from it, because the woman's money is earned from selling fish and other things, so it is mixed. And if the entire sum of money is unlawful, it is permissible to take it from him through a legitimate means, such as poverty or charity to the poor. However, if the payment of money to the meter reader has no connection to evil deeds or unlawful gain, then there is no harm upon him in taking it, and there is no harm upon those who benefit from it, and they are not obliged to give it away in charity. And whoever does so has acted virtuously out of piety.
