Is an abundance and insistence in enjoining good and forbidding evil, which leads to the alienation of relatives, undesirable?

You have done well in enjoining good and forbidding evil among your relatives, for this is among the greatest acts of righteousness and kinship. Do not be harmed by people abandoning you if you do so in the required manner. Indeed, something similar happened to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, as in the Almighty’s saying: "And the eminent among them went forth, [saying], 'Continue and be patient over your gods. Indeed, this is an intended thing.'" It is advisable to review the regulations and etiquettes of enjoining good and forbidding evil.
