Is it true that reciting Surat Al-Hajj three consecutive times (once daily) guarantees going for Hajj or Umrah in the same year?

The Hadith: "Whoever recites Surat Al-Hajj will be given a reward like that of a Hajj they performed and an Umrah they performed, equivalent to the number of people who have performed Hajj and Umrah in the past and those who will in the future," is false and fabricated. Its chain of narration includes Salam ibn Sulaym al-Mada'ini, who is accused of fabrication, and Harun ibn Katheer, who is unknown.

As for the Hadith: "Whoever recites Surat Al-Hajj every three days, his year will not end until he goes to the Sacred House of Allah, and if he dies on his journey, he will enter Paradise," it has no basis. It is mentioned by some Rafidha websites known for fabricating Ahadith, and it is false and unreliable. It is impermissible to attribute it to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.
