Is there a specific dhikr after every two rak'ahs of Tarawih prayer?

Adhkar (remembrances of Allah) are acts of worship, and the basic principle concerning them is prohibition unless there is evidence [for their permissibility]. It is not permissible to innovate a specific dhikr after every salam or two salams in Tarawih prayer, because this was not reported from the Prophet (peace be upon him) nor from the Companions, and the best guidance is to follow them. It is permissible for the worshipper to supplicate, or recite the Qur'an, or remember his Lord between the rak'ahs without specific allocation or collective vocalization, for the principle in acts of worship is to stop where the texts stop. Ibn al-Hajj mentioned that collective dhikr and raising the voice with it after every two salams in Tarawih is an innovation, as is the muezzin's saying "As-salat, yarhamukum Allah" (The prayer, may Allah have mercy on you) after the innovated dhikr.
