Is a Muslim's supplication, "O Allah, I ask You by all that everyone in the Haram has supplicated You with," or "by all that all Your Muslim servants have supplicated You with," legislated? And does the supplicant receive the reward for all these supplications and have his prayer answered, even with the existence of supplications he does not desire?

Praying with the aforementioned formulas is impermissible because the needs of some people may conflict with or not be compatible with your own situation, and not everyone is disciplined in using the prescribed supplications. Whoever desires comprehensive supplications for the good of this world and the Hereafter should resort to the reported supplications from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, such as: "O Allah, I ask You for all good, both immediate and delayed..." and the supplication: "Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire," and the supplication: "O Allah, I ask You for every good whose treasures are in Your hand, and I seek refuge in You from every evil whose treasures are in Your hand."
