What is the ruling on mixing hair oils and selling them at high prices, knowing that they are beneficial and in high demand, for the purpose of improving one's financial situation?

If oils are mixed and sold without cheating or deceiving the buyer, there is no harm in that. However, if there is cheating and deception, it is not permissible due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibition of deception and his saying: "Whoever cheats us is not of us." Honesty and clear disclosure bring blessings to a sale, while lying and concealment destroy them. A merchant should fear Allah and beware of cheating and deception for blessings to abound.
