What is the ruling on cooking and eating meat that has not been slaughtered according to Islamic law in kindergartens in Bulgaria, for a Muslim child?

It is not permissible to eat meat that has not been slaughtered according to Islamic law, such as animals electrocuted or shot in the head, because they are considered dead and forbidden by the text of the Qur’an. It is also not permissible to eat the broth in which such meat or pork has been cooked, due to their impurity. This prohibition applies to both children and adults, but the sin falls upon whoever enables the child to consume what is forbidden.
