Marital life is not without problems. It is incumbent upon the wife to respect her husband's mother as a fulfillment of her right and out of consideration for her feelings, and to wish for her what she wishes for herself.
The husband should not be affected by his wife's disagreement with his mother. He should give everyone their due rights without transgression. He can seek assistance from righteous people to guide and direct his wife.
