Is it permissible for a man to wash his bedridden mother and change her clothes by himself, even though his wife and daughters are present?

A man is permitted to look at what is commonly exposed of his unmarriageable kin (mahārim), such as the neck, head, hands, and feet. He is also permitted to touch what he is allowed to look at. The default is for the wife or her daughters to wash the deceased woman and change her clothes. If no women are available, a man is permitted to do so out of necessity, while avoiding touching the private parts without a barrier and looking at them as much as possible.
