Is it permissible for a pilgrim who is delaying their departure to act as an agent for a pilgrim who is rushing their departure, for the purpose of stoning the Jamarat, due to the difficulty of reaching the Jamarat before sunset on the 12th day?

It is not permissible to appoint a proxy for the ritual of ramy (stone throwing) except for one who is unable to perform it due to illness or old age. This includes pregnant and weak women. It is not permissible to appoint a proxy due to haste. The Prophet, peace be upon him, permitted the weak and the camel herders to perform the ramy earlier or later without appointing a proxy, which indicates the emphasis on the pilgrim performing the ramy himself unless there is an excuse preventing him.
