Allah, glory be to Him, is Al-Qawi (the All-Strong) and Al-Matin (the Ever-Firm), meaning He possesses intense power, and His strength is unfailing. He is not afflicted by hardship or fatigue in His actions. And He, glory be to Him, possesses perfect power; His strength does not diminish.
