What is the ruling on fearing burial after death?

1 min readAlso available in العربية

Death is a truth for every soul, and fear of burial after it is of no benefit. For the believer, his burial and interment in the earth is better for him, for his grave will be widened for him as far as his eye can see, and a door to Paradise will be opened for him. Fear of death should be a motivation to do good deeds, which will be a companion in the grave and prepare a good life for the believer. The hadith of Abu Hurairah confirms that good deeds such as prayer, zakat, fasting, and others, defend the believer in his grave, and he will be firm during questioning, so his grave will be widened for him, illuminated for him, a door to Paradise will be opened for him, and his soul will be placed in green birds hanging from the trees of Paradise.
