You are obligated to fulfill the condition and adhere to what you have agreed upon, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." As long as you have agreed with your partners that whoever works alone outside the three specializations keeps their profit entirely, and that they can use the company's invoices in exchange for contributing 1% of their profits to the company, then you are only required to pay this percentage.
