Is saying, "I bear witness that there is no god but the Glorified One without pillars," forbidden?

What the tongue utters unintentionally carries no sin, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah will not impose blame upon you for what is unintentional in your oaths, but He will impose blame upon you for what your hearts have earned," and His saying: "Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we forget or make a mistake." And Allah Almighty said: "I have done so."
