Is it permissible to help a friend get rid of a three-week-old fetus under the pretext that it is not forbidden before forty days?

Your friend has committed a grave sin and an abomination, as Islam prohibits all paths leading to them, such as looking, being alone (with the opposite sex), and touching. He must hasten to repent to Allah Almighty. The conditions for repentance are: immediately abandoning the sin, regretting what has passed, and resolving not to return to it. As for aborting the fetus, it is not permissible, whether before or after forty days, except out of necessity. It is not permissible for you to seek to abort this fetus by any kind of assistance; otherwise, you would be a partner in sin.
