The voice of a woman is not considered 'awrah (something that must be covered or concealed) according to the most preponderant opinions of jurists. However, she is forbidden from softening her voice, and laughter in videos causes fitna (temptation/strife). The matter worsens if the woman appears unveiled with laughter or a smile. Therefore, a woman's appearance in videos is impermissible unless she is in full hijab, covering her face and observing modesty, without softening her speech or laughing. As for a woman speaking with non-mahram men, it is permissible out of necessity if she adheres to Islamic guidelines.
