Is it obligatory to search for seminal fluid on clothes after waking up from sleep, whether after a wet dream or after seeing lustful situations in a dream?

There is no obligation to inspect clothing for traces of nocturnal emission ( احتلام), as there is no evidence from the Quran or Sunnah for such an obligation, nor has any scholar deemed it obligatory. The fatigue resulting from this is due to giving in to waswasah (whispers of Satan, obsessive thoughts) and burdening oneself with what has not been enjoined by Islamic law.
